• Correctly open the Intuit website through any browser presently available on the computer & find the link given on the website that is meant to download ‘QuickBooks Tool Hub’. 
• Now, you have to utilize the same link to download ‘QuickBooks Tool Hub’ on the computer, and you must also save the ‘QuickBooksToolHub.exe’ file inside the correct folder.
• Next, properly launch the newly downloaded file (‘QuickBooksToolHub.exe’) & complete the step-by-step installation of ‘QB Tool Hub’ on the system very easily.
• Just after that, you must succeed in launching the ‘QB Tool Hub’ window & you can surely run the ‘QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool’ provided under the ‘Installation Issues’ tab.
• At this step, the computer can be rebooted, after which you should successfully install QB Desktop using the appropriate steps.

Solution 2: Fix this problem by properly repairing the ‘Microsoft .NET Framework’ component on the computer
