Cast Iron Gate Camera Lock Coupler System - Cam Lock Joint. This system is used to lock and secure your fences and gates with a cam bolt and a gate lock. This system allows you to adjust the tension of the cast iron pipe fittings and the gate can be operated with the help of an electric motor. The entire mechanism is self-made, thus you can adjust it according to your needs.

C+F Set of Cam Lock Joint Nut Stock Self-made Spring loaded cam lock joint nut stock. It is designed for mounting both on the fence posts and the gates. The spring-loaded design provides a safe, efficient and reliable mode of operation. It is manufactured with a one-piece construction. It has been approved by Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCS) as being especially designed for double check security.

C+F Set of Quick Connect Hose Tail Barb The C+F set of Quick Connect hose-tail barb has been specially designed to fit the Cams Lock Joint. This hose is equipped with a notch that enables easy attachment to the top of the rail. It has a threaded end that can be fitted to the top of the fence post. The cam-lock fitting can then be attached to the top of the hose or the gate.

C+F Set of Quick Connect Pipe Hose Tail Coupler The C+F set of quick connect pipe hose-tail coupling consists of a clamp connector and a sanitary quick release nut. The clamp connector, which has a hexagonal spring clip, is intended to be fixed on to the pipe stem. The Sanitary quick release nut, which is provided with the coupling, can be screwed into the stem of the pipe. To prevent water from siphoning out of the coupling, it is provided with a threaded end. Thus, the whole assembly, including the coupling, forms a single device capable of operating both the flapper and the locking mechanism.

The C+F set of quick connect hose-tail coupe is available in different sizes to suit the various pipes available in the market.

S+B Cam Lock Joint The S+B set of quick connect hose-tail coupler is similar to the C+F set, but this one uses a slightly larger hole for coupling purposes. cam and groove couplings is because the flange of the S+B coupling is significantly smaller than that of the C+F; hence, the threads are placed at a higher position so that the threads do not come into contact with the walls of the pipe. In addition, the threads on the S+B coupling are positioned closer to the wall than the threads on the C+F so that water does not flow out of the pipe while the device is in place. Moreover, the threads on the S+B cam lock fitting are provided with a tapered surface so that they may be flattened against the face of the pipe when the device is installed.

M+M Couplings The M+M set of cam lock joint is designed especially to be compatible with the NPT pipe. The NPT pipe, which is often used in conjunction with the ball joints for reducing noise and creating greater strength is often prone to causing friction when it is subjected to sudden changes in temperature. The M+M coupling is provided with a tapered surface to reduce friction and is made of high-quality, resistant materials like chromium plated, stainless steel, or thermoplastic rubber. When installing this kind of coupling, make sure you install it on the straight and flat surface of the pipe.

A cam lock joint is important for increasing the durability and life of any device that comes in contact with water. However, before deciding on a particular material, it is important to determine if your joint can stand the strain of extreme temperature fluctuations, which will vary depending on the intended application. Once you determine the right material, you will be able to shop for the best options that will match your needs and specifications.
