Let's begin our cruising trip from Paros Island. The benefit of Paros depends on the reality that Paros lies exactly at the center of the Cyclades with numerous islands around, hence making your travelling trips in Greece a perfect choice.

This offers you the opportunity to sail out every day, no matter where the wind blows from, making your islands hopping a dream.

There are so many options therefore many anchorages to remain even in very rough conditions, that sailing is safe and enjoyable even for reasonably unskilled teams.

Day 1: Set sail around Paros for your very first location, Naxos. Depending upon the weather conditions it's going to take 3-4 hours cruising. Naxos is among the greatest islands of the Cyclades with fantastic interest and many sights. Do not miss out on the sunset at the ancient temple of Apollo, just a few meters far from the marina. Grilled octopus with "ouzo" is a "must" here.

Day 2: Today set sail south following the west coast of Naxos winding up in the southernmost of the island, at Kalando bay. In the mid method we will stop at a nice anchorage, Roga, for swimming and lunch. Kalando is a special place. It is not a town, but it uses a best shelter for the yacht. It's an isolated location with a long sandy beach and lots of kilometers of trails by the beachfront, perfect for hiking in the pure nature. For supper a kiosk run by a regional shepherd offers BBQ only with regional items. Don't expect high-ends here. Undoubtedly, it's going to be your favorite place at the end.

Day 3: Set sail from Kalando heading for Koufonisi. A brief stop at a fantastic spot, called Rina, where you can swim inside a sea cave. Remarkable colors everywhere.Koufonisi without a doubt the most lovely of the little Cyclades islands with numerous sandy beaches all around. Rent a bicycle and go to all of them. Supper at "Captain Nicolas" location is out of any kind of negotiation in addition to a frozen mojito at the windmill bar simply above the marina.

Day 4: If the wind is strong, stay in the area going to the neighboring island of Kato Koufonisi and swim in the crystal clear waters, snorkelling or go hiking around. The location is very protected from huge waves since the substantial island of Naxos to the north obstructs the wind in order to make our life on board more comfortable. In the afternoon return to the exact same marina in Pano Koufonisi.

In case that the weather permits set sail to Amorgos, the island of the "Huge blue" movie. Go to the popular abbey with the breath taken view from its balcony and attempt "rakomelo", the regional alcohol beverage.

Day 5: Iraklia is another island of the "Minor Cyclades" which deserves to be checked out particularly for those who wish to experience small, quiet, charming and isolated locations, representative of the Greek spirit. After a brief stop for swimming at Antikeros on our way from Amorgos to Iraklia we will end up at the stunning port of the island.

Here you can swim to the close-by beach, diving from the luxury yacht and hiking around enjoying the pure nature. Dinner at Iraklia indicates fresh fish and the regional tavernas more hospitable than anywhere else are ready to fulfill your expectations.
