Tucker Park offers many websites for overnight outdoor camping, including sites for small campers (under 30') and single tent websites, along with a day use area with a small picnic shelter. The day-use area is open during daylight hours only and all usages within the park are available on a FCFS basis. Bookings are declined for camping sites or the picnic area. Be advised that campgrounds at Tucker Park do not have electric, water, sewer hook-ups or access to a dump station. Drinkable water and coin-operated showers are available throughout the park.

All camping sites at Tucker Park are available on a FCFS basis in between May 1 and October 31. The camping site area is closed to the general public in between November 1 and April 30 and the day-use area is closed to the public between November 1 and March 31. Outdoor camping is strictly prohibited in the day-use area.

All campsite charges are due upon arrival. Charges allow for a maximum site tenancy of four (4) individuals per website, leaving out children. Each website is permitted either one (1) tent, one (1) RECREATIONAL VEHICLE, one (1) Sprinter Van, or one (1) car with trailer; plus one (1) additional non-sleeping car. Some exclusions look for group sites; see https://www.onfeetnation.com/profiles/blogs/best-camping-near-hood-river-oregon-2 listed below for information.

Guests surpassing any tenancy limitations might be required to buy additional websites as payment alternatives for extra tents or vehicles are not readily available. Please be polite in ensuring all tents, automobiles and other property fit within the boundary of the website. If site boundaries are unclear, please see a Camping area Host, a Hood River County employee or call the Parks & Buildings Department for explanation.

Guests are accountable for buying an available website at the pay station upon arrival. Please ensure the invoice is displayed on the appropriate site post throughout of your stay so a Host can confirm payment has been made. See listed below for camping area fee prices and we hope you enjoy your remain at Tucker Park.
