This test relates to increased productivity. With this test, the cycle time for relatively smaller volume part is reduced to a large extent, thus keeping leak rates as low as possible and within the specified limits. We call this test ‘catch the miscreant’. With this test one can easily track and get rid of malpractice performed by the operator to pass the Leak part with OK identification. We offer highly accurate blockage test with blockage percentage calculation. It is capable of detecting blockage up to 10%.
