Used oil should not be disposed of. Although dirty, the used oil can be cleaned and purified several times. The recycling of used oil has some benefits, such as energy-saving, environmental protection, and natural resource recycling.

Since the used oil contains a lot of pollutants, including non-hydrocarbons, poly cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, mineral hydroponic, impurities, mineral particles, colloids, etc., the refining of this oil is beneficial to the environment and more energy is saved.

The application of the used oil distillation unit (thin-film evaporation) is the refining of industrial oil wastes (including equipment oils, metal works, and processing oils) and motor oils (such as engine oil, hydraulic oil, and gear oil) for cleaning and reuse. This technique differs from the conventional sulfuric acid washing method and atmospheric distillation methods. The residue of traditional distillation treatment technology is extremely harmful to the environment, and the recycled oil from the traditional process has an odor, in addition to being easily oxidized.

In our process, we add a catalyst to the used oil including gasoline, diesel, and gas engine oil - whether metal or industrial - and then distill it into a high vacuum to produce a refurbished high-quality base oil without secondary pollution. This technique is very automatic; The process is easy, no complicated control process is needed.

Distillation includes the physical separation of the lubricating oil components at the boiling point. We can produce gas and gas oil at low temperatures as well as heavy oil distillation without thermal cracking so that the product has a high quality. When heavy lubricating oil is distilled under a higher vacuum, an ideal base oil will be produced.
