Quickbooks Licensing error
Delete damaged EntitlementDataStore.ecml file to resolve license and registration issues
Installation of QuickBooks Desktop requires one to enter a license number and a product code to perform the validation process. If the encrypted file containing the info is damaged, QuickBooks will not open and may display an error message. In those situations, deleting the entitlement file and re-entering your license and product information can help resolve the matter. For more information about QuickBooks License Error, please get in touch with us.
The following are issues and errors that may be resolved by deleting the entitlement file*:
"Error: The validation code is incorrect or the service is temporarily unavailable when activating."
"Error 3371: Could not initialize license properties."
"Message: You cannot use Online Banking because QuickBooks is certainly not registered."
"You must donate to accountant's copy file transfer service" appears when you subscribe and sync.
Error re-configuring your edition of QuickBooks.
Sync License Data on the internet is grayed out and unclickable.
