The Anderic RR7080T Ceiling fan remote control will replace the original equipment Hampton Bay & Harbor breeze CHQ7080T and UC7080T remote control. This is an RF remote control and needs to be synced with the receiver in the fan. This remote has 4 dip switches inside the battery cover to sync.

Additional information:
- Direct replacement for the original UC7080T (CHQ7080T)
- This remote only works with Ceiling Fans

Warning: Make sure you are using Incandescent/LED bulbs or your fan will not dim properly. If using fluorescent bulb then your fan down lights might start blinking. (PRESS and hold the Down light button (dimming) and the light should come back full bright)
