I've had the excellent fortune to practice yoga, don / doff, for over 18 years and instruct it for nearly five decades. I want to take 10 minutes of your study time, to share seven personal lifestyle lessons I have learned via practicing yoga. They are shown in no particular obtain - my hope is usually my life lessons inspire that I take up yoga.

Seven Personalized Life Lessons Learned Via Yoga:

4. Yoga Energises My Heart Do you have days short of the motivation and travel to do anything? I accomplish it. When I feel like this, I possess a range of tools from this yoga practice that I use. Through yoga, meditation, and even journalling exercises, I can release negative emotions and claim my right to become happy and live a blessed life with joy.

6. Yoga exercise Stretches Me Out of The Comfort Zone If you are like me, it can feel challenging to step out of your comfort zone and try something different. Practicing yoga encourages me to believe in myself and be aware of the inner potential to effect good change in my life. Certain yoga exercise poses, for instance, the headstand and tree pose, tend to be challenging for me. Yet, along with the practice, I now do these poses and gain incredible benefits from their effect on the balance and perspective upon life.

7. Yoga Provides Me Licence To Follow The Dreams Do you know the song "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" is one of my favorite songs, particularly Eva Cassidy's version? The love of yoga gave me the courage to decide my employmentas a Probation Officer, working with Younger Offenders to follow my cardiovascular to write and teach yoga exercises. To love your work and provide joy and healing to others is an honor that I am thankful to be able to perform. I feel humble and in amazement at the beautiful souls We meet and the places My spouse, and I travel to in the name involving work.
