Tastes differ. Personally I prefer short acrylic nails https://naildesignsjournal.com/short-acrylic-nails/ Here you can read about the reasons why you should give a try to such nails, as well check out a handful of intricate designs to pull off for when you decide to give up on long nails for a while. I simply adore that style and should say it looks fantastic!

Solar nails are a type of acrylic nail and in fact, it is a brand name of acrylic products which are manufactured by Creative Nail Design or CND for short. ... In other words, acrylic nails. Clients that know of the brand look exclusively for those salons who advertise a particular service in that manor. Same goes as Shellac which is a gel polish from CND, LCN is a UV gel product similar like acrylic nail but made entirely as gel. SNS which is a gel color powder service. The list goes on etc.

Acrylic in general when it’s a name brand and done by an experienced professional can last just as long as gel nails. The technician is what makes the difference between a good set or a bad set. It takes years to master! Good Acrylic is made with UV inhibitors (prevents yellowing) and silica which helps with flexibility. The product itself doesn’t cause the damage as in fact it’s the technician when they are filing to much or there’s damage done when clients pick off there sets!
