What to Do When Google Backup Not Working-

Go through following procedure to resolve the issue of Google Backup not working!

Google drive stores first 15 GB free of cost and if you have any kind of issue in Google drive and found that Google drive is not working, then, you can go through following solutions:
1. Open your Chrome browser, clear cache and cookies, sometimes background processes create menace in the drive. To clear cache and cookies, go through following procedure:

> Click on More icons and Click on More Tools in the more icons.
> Under the option More Tools, you need to click on Clear Browsing Data.
> In the Advanced section, choose the timeline for which you need to clear Data and click on Clear Data.

2. Make sure that operating system and browser both run on latest version. If it is not
So, then, user needs to update them.
3. If going through above procedure does not resolve the issues, then, go through
Subsequent procedures. Disable the browser plugging or extensions.
4. Use subsequent resolving step to resolve the error of Google Drive Is Not Working,Reset the settings of Google chrome browser.
5. To check out if problem occurs due to browser only, open Google drive in another
Browser.

Go through following steps to fix the issue of Google drive not syncing:

1.In the Mac laptop, choose Backup and Sync icon. You can find in the top right toolbar.

2.For devices that are installed with Windows as operating system, click on Backup and Sync icon which is situated in the bottom right corner.

3.To restart Backup and Sync, go through following procedure:

>If you have Windows as operating system, then, click on Backup and Sync icon that you can find in the bottom right toolbar.

>Click on More icon and under the option more icon, click on Quit Backup and Sync.
>After quitting, reopen Backup and Sync.
