The function of the professional in the area, in this case, is to give the customer a pleasant experience that facilitates a series of factors, such as the search for a product, the shopping cart, among other functions.

As for the company, it is necessary to think about how to turn this better user experience into a more sales. Still in this example, that the site manages to be efficient enough so that the customer does not have so much work when trying to make a purchase, since many times they can even end up giving up during the process.

In addition to the aforementioned main role, a UX Designer has other duties. For example, in order to offer a product that is well received by the user, it is first necessary to carry out a series of procedures, such as surveys, interviews and tests.

The UX professional has a series of attributions and functions divided into sectors. All results obtained from these procedures must be applied to the usability of the application, software or website. In addition, even after the product is in operation, it is the professional's responsibility to continually improve it as problems arise.

In the area, there are also some more specific professions, for example:
- UX Researcher: it is the professional who collects the data before the implementation of the product. It is responsible for conducting tests, implementing and obtaining the research data, as well as conducting interviews and presenting the information obtained in these processes to the company
- Information Architect: as its name suggests, it is the professional responsible for organizing the information that will be entered and obtained by the product. With the results of the research steps, it maps how the program or website will be presented to the user. The Information Architect is responsible for organizing information after surveys and interviews in the initial part of the project

In this case, courses aimed at training a specialized professional are recommended first. Nowadays, there are a number of educational centers that offer courses and even more specific extensions for certain assignments. Adobe XD is one of the software used by professionals in the field
It is also necessary to have some knowledge in tools used on a daily basis by a professional in the area, especially Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision and Balsamiq.

In addition, it is recommended that you take courses for these particular programs, as all the software mentioned have some complexity. Some may be simpler that others, but if you want to be successful in the area, you should be familiar with all of them.
