Place the Iron-On protective sheet on top of it. Cover it completely. This will protect the Vinyl and the fabric from the heat of the Iron. Also, it will allow the heat to get distributed evenly throughout the entire design. Instead of a Cricut protective sheet, you can also use a thin piece of fabric.

Transferring
First, ensure the steam function is off, and then use an iron and press down on the design under the fabric. Hold it for 10 seconds, and then move to a new position. In the last, test if the Vinyl has fully stuck. The time taken to stick depends on your Iron’s heat strength and design size. But it can be a maximum of a few minutes.

Cooling
The final step is cooling. Leave the Vinyl to cool completely before moving it.
