What Are Corian Countertops?A Corian is a brand name of a solid surface countertop, in 1971, the chemical company Dupont has invented a Corian countertop for the construction industries and it is a completely manmade material.
The Corian Countertops are made up of an acrylic polymer composed of alumina trihydrate (ATH) with a blend of natural minerals and stones and then mold it in any desirable shape.

After DuPont lost its own patent on Corian countertop then different companies introduced their new version under different brand names, such as Wilsonart, Avonite.
How To Maintain Corian Countertops
The following steps are included in the maintenance of Corian countertops

Regularly Clean The Countertop
Regularly clean the countertop with the use of dish soap or detergent liquid and water for eliminating everyday grime, dirt, and food residue.

Once you have completed this step then dry the countertop with a soft and clean cloth, for preventing a watermark.

For removing stubborn dirt use an ammonia-based spray cleaner.
