Effective listening is a generally overlooked characteristic. Some individuals hear what's being said, few are truly effective listeners. A highly effective listener pays focus on the entire message being spoken, and doesn't immediately reached a judgment ahead of hearing what's said. Very often, if someone takes what's said out of context, without listening completely, he misses the message. Many speakers approach issues from different perspectives, and thus, it is very important to listen careful, and ask the very best questions.
