Introduction

“Yoga is not a creed, it is a science”, according to our mentor, Guru Vachananda Ji. Yoga, which is highly effective in keeping us away from all kinds of diseases is being loved by a number of people across the globe.

Timings:

Morning A - 7:30 - 09:00 AM
Morning B - 9:30 - 11:00 AM
Evening A - 04:00 - 05:30 PM
Evening B - 06:00 - 07:30 PM

Duration: 1.5 hours per day for 6 weekends.

Location: Shwaasa Yoga Centre, Bangalore, Karnataka

Overview:

Yoga has become an error-free tool to be completely ill-free. Fitness is something one cannot take easy. It is also not something one get much time to focus on, especially in today’s tireless life. For such yoga lovers, we have introduced the weekend yoga classes which will furnish your zeal of getting fit.

About the Course:

Weekend classes in Bangalore have been commenced primarily for those yoga enthusiasts who are unable to devote time to a regular fitness regimen on a weekday basis. Although these classes of not entirely exclusive for those, even regular yoga practitioners can take part in our weekend yoga classes. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced one, you’ll feel a different yogic calmness here. The power of euphoric ambience at Shwaasa will make you forget all the venoms of the world.

Fee Details: Rs. 3000 for 6 weekends

How to reach Shwaasa?

Air route: Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore is well connected to almost all the major international as well as domestic airports. If not available you can book a ticket for Mumbai airport. Taxi services are easily accessible from the airport throughout the city.

Train route: Trains are easily available from all the major junctions of India.

Bus route: Buses are available from all the Inter State Bus Terminals of the country.
