I live in a place with very variable weather, so I’m not very inclined to trust the weatherman. I’m constantly comparing different predictions and sometimes even betting on who’s more right from different weathermen. Can you tell me what weather sites you use more often?

Even though they can be very wrong, I can see why they can be. Weathermen are not wizards to control the weather, they do their best. I personally prefer to watch the weather here https://meteoprog.co.uk/ There are really quite accurate and correct predictions, and I like the design, and it’s easy to navigate and the eye doesn’t annoy. So I suggest you use these weather forecasts
