We have a heated pool, free parking space for each condo, a private beach area, with a grill, tables, chairs, loungers, & umbrellas. All of our units are very clean & nice! We have free wifi & premium cable. We also have an elevator & 2 laundry rooms. All units have full kitchens with all cooking utensils needed. Each unit has a microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, iron/iron board & hairdryer, beach towels, & beach chairs.

Atlantic Terrace is a more quiet and relaxing community, but very close to all the action you would want! A beautiful beach!

We are very centrally located! Everything you need is within a 3 mile radius. Pompano Beach is a great place to stay!! Come see for yourself! You will be glad you did!

There is a $300.00 deposit due to hold a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to checkin date. The deposit is deducted from your total due.

You may make a secure payment though pay pal or you may pay by a personal check. You may also discuss payment options
with me if you decide to book.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to checking date will receive a full refund of deposit made. Cancellations after 30 days prior to checking date, deposit will Not be refunded.

We have owned these 6 condos at Atlantic Terrace, RIGHT ON THE BEAUTIFUL POMPANO BEACH since 2009. I do not believe that anyone should have to pay a fee to another company to rent through an owner. I DO NOT CHARGE MY RENTERS FEES!
