Having the bench can make all the difference. There are a few different types of benches commonly found in gyms, each with advantages and disadvantages. Here are the different types of gym benches:

2. Adjustable Bench: Adjustable benches are great for people who want to be able to customize their workouts. This bench is adjusted to different heights and angles.

3. Preacher Curl Bench: The preacher curl bench is specifically for exercises that target the biceps. This type of bench has an angled pad that supports your arms while you perform curls.

4. Shoulder Press Bench: The shoulder press bench is similar to the standard bench but with a slightly elevated seat.
