Apart from 180 mg vial, it also comes as TRODELVY 200 mg in single-dose vials for reconstitution. It is given by dripping in the vein as the first and subsequent infusion. During and at least after 30 minutes of infusion, the patient must be monitored and observed for any post-infusion changes. The first infusion lasts for 3 hours, and in subsequent infusions, TRODELVY is infused for 1-2 hours. It is seen that TRODELVY can cause nausea (the feeling of being sick) and vomiting, which are the result of infusion-based reactions.
