1. Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur
This is one of the most attractive places of Jodhpur and also one of the largest forts in India, The Mehrangarh Fort situated 410 feet above the city of Jodhpur which built around 1459 by Rao Jodha. There are seven gates which can be used to enter the Mehrangarh Fort, This gate made for the honor of victory over Bikaner and Jaipur Armies.

Mehrangarh Fort gives gwerebirds eye view from the top. Never forget to take few fun selfie from the top where to see all cities painted in blue. In the main place where you see Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Zenana Dude, Takht Vilas and Janki Mahal. In the fort, there are two temples located inside the for Chamunda Devi Temple and Nagnechi Ji Temple which dedicated to God of Durga and The Kuldevevi respectively.

From my point of view, this is the best places to visit in Jodhpur, if you planning to visit Jodhpur never miss this fort.

2. Umaid Bhawan Palace
The Grand Umaid Bhawan Palace a favorite with tourist visiting the city, The palace was made between 1928 to 1943 by Maharaja Umaid Singh, and architecture design by British citizen Henry Lanchester which shows a blend of eastern-western architectural influences.

Half part of Umaid Bhawan operated by The Taj Group as a heritage hotel and other part residence Maharaja Gaj Singh and his Royal family and museum leaves with his family in a part of Umaid Bhawan and also has a museum where you can see collection of vintage cars, clocks, and banner gifted by Queen Victoria, art effects, trophies, and weapons.

3. Jaswant Thada in Jodhpur
This is a memorial site which built by Maharaja Sardar Singh for the memory of his father, Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, he was 33rd Rathore ruler of Jodhpur.

Jaswant Thada white marble architecture, marble work done so fine that the outer surface of a whole building give a warm glow

during sunlight. There you can see a variety of painting and portraits of Jodhpur rulers.

4. Madore in Jodhpur
This is a situated to the north of Jodhpur, here you can see Ravan temple, which built at the native place of Madodari (Ravan wife) before 1459 AD Mandore was the state of Marwar (Jodhpur), Later Rao Jodha, shifted the capital to the Jodhpur.

Madore a good collection of temples, memorials, and high rock terraces. Most famous cenotaphs found in the garden and one of the best chhatri of Maharaja Ajit Singh which built in 1793, there you visit government museum and a famous Hindu temple to 33 Crore gods where you find images of gods.

5. Kaylana Lake in Jodhpur
This is built in 1872 over an area of 8 km, where you find the best spot to see a spectacular sunset. It is the perfect place to enjoy a good time with your family

6. Clock Tower And Sadar Market in Jodhpur
Clock Tower and Sadar market is a popular landmark in the old city, this bazaar (Market) selling vegetables, Indian sweets, spices, textiles, silver, and handicrafts.

7. Machia Biological Park in Jodhpur
It is located western side of Jodhpur and 8 km away from Jodhpur railway station. The main aim of the Machia Bio park is to create an opportunity for the citizen of Jodhpur to have a biological park very close to the city in Machia, it also creates awareness on the importance of conservation of flora and fauna for the benefit of the future generation.

8. Masuria Hill Garden in Jodhpur
This is situated in the main city, Here you see the old temple which dedicated to Baba Ramdev and also sees a beautiful statue of Veer Durgadas Rathore, a famous hero of Marwar. Garden of Masuria gives you a great view of the city.
