Three major minefields of hair washing

Shampoo is something that almost everyone has to do every day, but have you really washed it right? Many people just apply shampoo and rinse off their hair after dampening it. In fact, it does not achieve the result of hair care. Regarding shampoo, have you stepped on the minefields below?

Washing and protecting mine area 1: Water temperature is too high

The water temperature during washing and care is also very serious. Many people think that using high temperature will prompt the nutrients in the shampoo to be absorbed quickly. Steaming on the scalp together, the heat will expand the pores of the scalp, causing inflammation of the scalp.

Wash the minefield 2: Love to be lazy

The purpose of shampooing is to open and wash the hair scales, but many people prefer to use a quick way, rubbing for tens of seconds to wash them off, and even care about the shampoo without paying attention to washing the scalp. The purpose of hair care is to close the hairy scales to make them smooth, but some people apply the same and rub it twice and then wash it off.
Correct way:

In fact, the point of shampooing is not the hair, but the scalp. It is best to use a water temperature of 40 or so higher than that of the human body. Avoid scratching your nails during shampooing, but you must gently rub it for a few minutes. In addition, you need to press the fingertips tightly against the scalp and massage in circular motions.

Wash and protect minefield 3: The more conditioner, the better

I feel that the conditioner/hair mask contains a lot of nutrients, so I don’t care to apply the hair care products all over the scalp, thinking that this will give the scalp more moisturizing care, but this is not the case. If the hair care products are applied to the scalp is equivalent to adding a layer of artificial oil to the freshly cleaned scalp, which will block the pores and prevent the hair follicles from breathing.

Shampoo seems simple, but there is a lot of knowledge. After the above introduction, I believe everyone has a new understanding of shampoo. If you accidentally step on the shampoo minefield, then quickly correct it.
