My second goal was to react quickly during the draft. As Mel Kiper and Mut 23 Coins his abnormally large head was yelling out meaningless facts regarding Vince Young's selection Vince Young pick, my team of coaches and I were given five minutes to alter our approach. I looked over the picks available and the only name that caught my attention as a standout was Winston Justice. The Bears offensive line could require some strengthening in particular since we're trying to ensure that Rex Grossman is healthy this season.

Kyle Orton did fine for us last year, but I'd like an offensive player who is able in order to be successful, not one who plays just for the sake of "not be a loser." Our second choice I went with the wide receiver as well as Olympic skier Jeremy Bloom, a guy I thought was a solid chance to play his position. In the latter rounds, we snatched another offensive lineman, as well as an outside linebacker who I was hoping would pick up the slack in which Hunter Hillenmeyer was concerned.

Coach Dozier is so cool, He doesn't even have to glance at the action happening on the field.

The NFL Draft out of the way, it was the time to begin transforming this group of footballers into an entire team that was a part of the Chicago Bears. In our very first postdraft coaching meeting, several of my position coaches had ideas about who they'd like to start the season. Bob Babich, my linebackers coach, came in first by saying that he felt Derrick Rodgers deserved to start ahead of Hunter Hillenmeyer, a guy whom we recently signed to a huge contract extension. I politely told Babich that except if he was planning on paying Hillenemeyer out of his own pockets while he was on off to the side, Hunter will start as a left-handed outside linebacker. However, my coach on the o-line believed it was Roberto Garza deserved the start over Terrence Metcalf. And I concurred with him.

Then it was time to get on the field. I usually don't enjoy practice that isn't involving contact. I believe that a player will only succeed in playing after suffering an injury that is severe if he's habitually concussed. Are you listening to Steve Young? Although I'd have liked full-contact padless practice however, my coaches persuaded me to incorporate some non-contact practice too. Alongside running various exercises with the entire squad I focused upon our game of passing using Grossman as well as Orton. Skeleton exercises for passing can be a great way to concentrate on Buy Madden 23 Coins the quarterback-receiver bond as well as imparting important tips for covering the players in the secondary.
