The Design Capacity Of Ore Milling Plant

The processing capacity of the ore milling plant is not enough and it is easy to throw stones. For some ore milling plants, the feeding amount of the mill is far from reaching the design capacity during actual operation.

When the feeding amount exceeds a certain limit value, the ore milling plant will throw out ungrounded crushed stones at the outlet, and the amount of stones thrown out is still large, which not only increases the power consumption of the ore milling plant, Moreover, it increases the labor intensity of personnel.

The oversized material particles will bring additional burden to the ore milling plant, and individual oversized material particles are not easy to be broken by the steel ball, which will reduce the processing capacity of the ore milling plant and increase the power consumption.
