Tucker Park offers many sites for over night camping, including websites for small campers travel destinations (under 30') and single tent sites, as well as a day utilize location with a little picnic shelter. The day-use area is open during daytime hours just and all uses within the park are readily available on a FCFS basis. Bookings are not accepted for camping areas or the picnic area. Be advised that camping areas at Tucker Park do not have electric, water, sewage system hook-ups or access to a dump station. Drinkable water and coin-operated showers are offered throughout the park.

All campgrounds at Tucker Park are readily available on a FCFS basis between May 1 and October 31. The campground location is closed to the public between November 1 and April 30 and the day-use location is closed to the general public between November 1 and March 31. Outdoor camping is strictly forbidden in the day-use location.

All camping site costs are due upon arrival. Charges permit an optimum site tenancy of four (4) persons per website, omitting kids. Each website is permitted either one (1) camping tent, one (1) RV, one (1) Sprinter Van, or one (1) vehicle with trailer; plus one (1) extra non-sleeping vehicle. Some exclusions request group sites; see below for information.

Guests going beyond any tenancy limitations may be needed to purchase extra sites as payment choices for additional camping tents or automobiles are not readily available. Please be polite in guaranteeing all tents, lorries and other property fit within the boundary of the site. If website limits are unclear, please see a Camping area Host, a Hood River County staff member or get in touch with the Parks & Structures Department for explanation.

Visitors are responsible for purchasing a readily available site at the pay station upon arrival. Please make sure the invoice is displayed on the proper site post throughout of your stay so a Host can verify payment has been made.
