From September 10 through September 30, the menu will feature dishes from top chefs like Jack New (Icebergs) and Gorgeous George restaurants sydney. The latter chef is whipping vegan versions of his celeriac tacos koji-roasted. Other upcoming chefs are adding edamame pecorino, and black garlic to the menu.
