BEIJING, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- The following is a set of numbers related to Chinese President Xi Jinping's busy and fruitful foreign visits:

7 -- Xi and U.S. President Donald Trump had an in-depth tete-a-tete for over seven hours at the seaside Mar-a-Lago resort in the U.S. state of Florida during Xi's two-day visit in April, 2017, setting the course for China-U.S. relations.

4 -- China and the United States established a four-pronged dialogue mechanism during Xi's Mar-a-Lago visit, namely, the comprehensive economic dialogue, the diplomatic and security dialogue, the law enforcement and cybersecurity dialogue and the social and cultural issues dialogue.

10 -- China and the United States reached 10 consensuses on agriculture, finance, energy and other areas during Xi's Mar-a-Lago visit.

11 -- Xi paid an 11-day visit to Europe from March 22 to April 1, 2014, setting a "landmark" in EU-China ties.

4 -- Xi visited four countries -- the Netherlands, France, Germany and Belgium -- during his fast-track visit to Europe in the spring of 2014.

84 -- Xi participated in 84 formal activities during his 2014 Europe trip. He attended the third Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague, visited the headquarters of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Paris and the headquarters of the European Union in Brussels.

Wash the fish in cold water with a little salt. Drop it into boiling water to which you have added a little white vinegar, cracked black peppers and a little sliced onion. If you have a bay leaf, add it. Lower the heat to simmer, immediately. Taste test a piece of fish after 5 minutes. If it melts in your moth, it锟絪 done. If you overcook it, it gets rubbery. You can remove the skin but I don锟絫 because it锟絪 so nutritious. Serve it with boiled potatoes and any fresh green vegetable. It锟絪 food for the gods.Chicken is really good. Roast it. Don锟絫 fry it. And remove the skin before eating. You锟絩e beginning to see a pattern here. We锟絩e trying to reduce fat. Don锟絫 eliminate it . Just reduce it.Eat as many vegetables as you can. They锟絩e all good. Raw is best. Make sure to wash them before eating and use only paper towels to pat them dry.All herbal tea is so good. Even ordinary black tea is good.Now for the foods that don锟絫 help arthritis sufferers!All soda is bad. Do not drink it. Drink lots and lots of water. Some people think that a diet soda doesn锟絫 count. It does. Don锟絫 drink it. Coffee is the standard drink of most Americans. Avoid it , if you can. It锟絪 very difficult but, in about three weeks, you will see and feel a diminution of swelling.Red meat should be avoided. If you can锟絫 give it up altogether, reduce your consumption dramatically.
