Ans. Follow these steps to export PST file:

• Open Outlook.
• On the File menu, click Import and Export.
• Click Export to File, and then click next.
• Click Personal Folder, and then click next.
• Click the folder that you want to export the .pst file to and then click Next.
• Click Browse, and then select the location where you want the new .pst file to be saved.
• In the File Name box, type the name that you want to use for the new .pst file, and then click OK.

How to increase Unicode PST files size?

Ans. You need to go to the following location in the registry:

• Outlook 2003: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PST
• Outlook 2007: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\PST
• Outlook 2010: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\PST
• Then create 2 new DWORD values (these values are case sensitive):
• Warn Large File Size: The value is how many MB a user can write to a pst-file. This value cannot be higher than higher than 4090445042 (decimal) or f3cf3cf2 (hexadecimal).
• Max Large File Size: This value is how many MB the system can write to a pst-file. This difference has to be at least 5% since there is more written to a pst-file than just user data. This value cannot be higher than 4294967295 (decimal) or ffffffff (hexadecimal).

Software prompt error message "Please reinstall the application, some dll's are missing to install.". what i am missing to run the software?

Ans. Software relies on "redemption.dll". which is core dll for functionality. It is a COM Dll so it needs to be registered or it must be present on the same folder on which "software.exe" reside.
Please make sure that dll is present on the above said location and try to install it using regsvr32.exe which is a standard windows executable to register COM Dlls.

standard command to register COM dll on your system is:
c:\> regsvr32.exe "[path of program folder]\redemption.dll"
There are chances that you have installed various other email migration tools from different vendors on your system and they also use the same core DLL but different versions. COM Dlls are system wide available so their installation can also cause to this behavior of the software. If possible then try to un-install them from your system.
