it sucks because it never says what to do or what the heck stuff is 0/10. i don't appreciate the sentiment that being trans is something you can simulate. this game is offensive to those transitioning and who have transitioned.. I've been playing this on and off for years. For people who enjoy complex simulations and managing finances, this game is just incredible. The downside is it can be so complex that you'd need to invest many, many hours just learning the mechanics, and even more so to master the nuances involved in running a transportation empire. The logistics of making sure that passengers and goods are transported in the most efficient way possible is daunting enough. But understanding the tools you use to make this possible is near excruciating when you're just starting out. I recommend spending a lot of time with a small map following a tutorial and experimenting. Otherwise, you will always just lose in ways that are mysterious to you. That being said, the skill, effort, and meticulous balancing can be extremely rewarding when you pull if off. But it's not for everyone. This game is for people who look at a balance sheet and become satisfied at a healthy profit margin and who are challenged most of all by inefficiency. If you prefer a lot more excitement, this game is not for you. Finally, the interface is ancient and in some cases obscure. Many actions are unnecessarily difficult, such as organizing the stops for a line. The graphics cannot be described as retroit is more accurately described as aged, dysfunctional, and lacking. It is also so small that putting down stops and arranging roads can be an agonizing process. The game itself is also prone to crashes and the occasional glitch. Ultimately, the game is rich is simulation and this is a must-try for those who enjoy deep simulation and making complex systems work. But the aged interface and graphics as well as the steep learning curve will turn some players off, regardless of how impressed they are of the mechanics. The game is free, and I recommend everyone try it. But more importantly I recommend everyone give it their best try, tutorial reading and groans of annoyace and head bashing on the wall and all. This may be the best and only way for you to know if the game is sufficiently rewarding for you. It is for me.. Is something wrong with my game or is it normal for the game to take forever to load? when i start the game, the music will play, but all i see is my desktop or whatever other window is open even though i am on the game. i dont know if it is something on my end or just a really long loading screen or what. if someone could help me out, i would very much appreciate it.. Good Complicated for starters but once you know how to play, you won't stop. Bug: everytime i open the game and it loads the map AUTOMATICALLY (should need manual 'load game') and then says fatal error.
