Simple Steps on How to Do a Juice Cleanse

Some want to have a healthy detox, to be more energetic, to have a better quality sleep, to reduce aches and pains in muscles and joints, to stabilize bowel movements, to eliminate stored toxins or to lose weight. There are some juices that specify benefits directly to kidneys, colon and liver. Whatever your reasons, you may try doing this three-day juice cleanse or also called cleansing fast.

This type of juice cleansing is wherein you have to limit your diet to raw vegetable Saftkur and fruit juices for three consecutive days. The makers of juice fasting believes that when your body take a break for processing solid food, a high level of detoxification takes place. The juices you take are excellent sources of vitamins and anti-oxidants. Here are the simple steps on how to do it.

5) After the three-day juice cleansing, return gradually in consuming solid foods. You may begin this by adding two pieces of fruit to your meal. Then, add steamed green leafy vegetables the next day. Next, add to your daily diet brown rice, fresh salad, eggs and yogurt. After five to six days of the juice fast, add fish, meat or chicken.
