Service Excellence: How to Serve a VIP

When I was a line worker in the hotel company, I would generally be the person assigned to function the VIP guests. Whether I was a server or even a concierge, my managers respected me to offer outstanding customer service to the CEO's, superstars, and royalty that will visit.
