This St. Joe Company plans to develop and operate a Sky Zoom Trampoline Park in Panama City Beach within a proposed mixed-use development on approximately 80 acres next to the Pier Park lifestyle core.

Plans call for the Panama City Beach Sky Zone to become approximately 25, 000 square paws, officials wrote in a announcement release. The Panama City Beach Sky Zone will feature a selection of attractions from Air Zone’s repertoire of signature aerial activities which will include SkyNinja Warrior Courses, Zip Traces, Trapeze and Swing, Parkour Blox and interactive obstacles in the Challenge Zone foam pits. Sky Zone now offers special event opportunities for team building events, parties, school organizations and corporate functions.

“We believe that Sky Zone wonderful fit for Panama City Beach and the family-friendly Pier Park area, ” reported Patrick Murphy, Senior Vice President of Operations for St. Joe. “The combination of activities and unique programming that is definitely planned for this Sky Zone location provides an indoor, family-friendly recreation alternative for both visitors and regional residents all year long. ”

Plans demand the Panama City Beach Sky Zone for being the first business in St. Joe’s planned mixed use advancement on approximately 80 acres near the intersection of Panama City Seashore Parkway and Powell Adams Route. The proposed development is intended to include a combination of entertainment and retail tenants, as well as accommodations and hospitality offerings.

St. Joe is currently in the design phase and intends to start development of the infrastructure for this mixed-use development and construction on Sky Zone at the begining of 2020.

The Panama City Beach Sky Zone which new mixed-use development are two of at the very least 30 new residential, commercial or even hospitality projects that St. Joe has or intends for you to initiate in 2019 or at the begining of 2020.
