BEIRUT Nike Air Presto Uncaged Sale , Dec. 2 (Xinhua) -- A cautious calm prevailed in Lebanon 's northern port city of Tripoli on Monday following a night of fierce clashes between the two rival neighborhoods of Sunni Bab El Tebbaneh and mostly Alawite Jabal Mohsen.


A security source told Xinhua that the death toll of the clashes that erupted Saturday has risen to 12 killed and more than 89 injured, including 13 Lebanese army soldiers.


The source added that intermittent sounds of rocket propelled grenades are still heard and sniper fire still targets the main northern highway.


According to the source, the traffic is almost paralyzed in most of the city's streets while schools and shops have been closed down due to the deteriorated security situation.


Sunday night witnessed the harshest gun battles in the city and all kinds of weaponry have been used including mortar shells and RPGs.


The source said that the army units deployed in the city are trying to contain the tension and responded to the sources of fire by using flare bombs and carrying out raids to apprehend snipers.


An explosion targeted Sunday night Al Halabi three-storey building on the entrance of Jabal Mohsen but no casualties were reported according to the National News Agency (NNA) at the time the media official of the Arab Democratic Party (ADP) Abdel Latif Saleh accused ""armed elements from Bab EL Tebbaneh of booby- trapping the building.""

Both Ali and Rifaat Eid are suspects of being involved in facilitating the evasion of two people accused of perpetrating the twin bombings attack that targeted Al Salam and Al Yaqwa Mosques in Tripoli on August 23 that killed at least 27 people and injured more than 500 others.


In return, the ""Military wing of the families of Jabal Mohsen"" vowed in a statement Sunday not to ""permit any more attacks against the residents of the Jabal Nike Air Presto QS Sale ,"" threatening of enforcing a full ""siege on Tripoli as of Monday until handing over to the security agencies all those involved in the attacks against the residents of Jabal Mohsen.""


A diplomatic source in Beirut cautioned through Xinhua of the "" danger aspect of the ongoing sectarian clashes in Tripoli"" and warned that ""those clashes could spread all over the northern part of the country.""


Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Miqati demanded that all Tripoli officials assume their responsibilities towards the unrest in the city.


""Nothing is more important to me at the moment than protecting Tripoli,"" he said in a statement.

LAGOS, Jan. 7 (Xinhua) -- Nigeria's police authority in central north state of Plateau on Tuesday confirmed 16 persons dead in an attack on Shonong community Nike Air Presto Womens Sale , consisting of four villages in the restive state.
