The most burglary in the USA is during the dark season! Even during the holiday season, when you can see that no one is home, it is struck. You can protect yourself as best as possible with security systems such as alarm systems, intelligent presence simulation, etc.

The dark season and especially the holidays and vacation time make it easy for burglars to break into houses without being noticed. But that need not be!

Burglary protection, alarm systems, and protection systems for private buildings make it possible to secure and monitor your home. The statistics show that more than a third of all break-in attempts are aborted by successful protective measures so that a break-in does not occur in the first place. With effective burglary protection, you can spend the time away from your four walls without worries.

What is a good alarm system?

The best or the one correct intrusion alarm system cannot be specified across the board; because it always depends on the individual case. The following aspects, in particular, provide clues for your degree of risk: The presence of people and neighbors, the type of construction, the location, and the accessibility or manageability of the building and site.

In any case, you can achieve the greatest level of security by combining mechanical and electronic components for protection against break-ins. Modern intrusion alarm systems in particular ensure that not only intrusions but attempts at intrusion are detected and reported at an early stage. And that is what it is about.

Wired alarm systems

Just as made for new buildings and renovations: wired alarm systems offer a tried and tested and often used variant to increase your security.

In the case of a wired alarm system - i.e. connected by cable - external skin monitoring, interior monitoring, and sabotage monitoring are possible. Precise planning is necessary prior to installation, as later change requests require a lot of assembly work.

A disadvantage of wired systems is the additional work involved in installing the cables since the cables have to be laid in the secured area. However, this disadvantage is offset by two advantages: On the one hand, there is a high level of transmission reliability and, on the other hand, the follow-up costs are low, since no battery changes are necessary.

Wireless alarm systems

Simply a clean affair: retrofitted without a cable, quickly mounted using the surface installation. Wireless alarm systems offer numerous components for private use.

Exterior monitoring, interior monitoring, and sabotage monitoring are also possible with wireless alarm systems. The great advantage of radio systems is their variability: later changes and extensions are possible without any problems, as no cables have to be laid.

Another advantage is the lower installation costs, which can be achieved through the short assembly time. Particularly interesting for tenants: radio-based alarm systems can easily be taken with you when you move.
