Samsung Makes A New Galaxy A90 Aims To Make 5G More Affordable

Mid-Range Mobile Phone With Snapdragon 855

After details of the Galaxy A90 5G leaked less than 24 hours ago, Samsung has confirmed that the third of its 5G-powered smartphones will not be an expensive flagship product, but from the mid-range Galaxy A series.

Following the early Galaxy S10 5G and Galaxy Note 10 5G, the A90 5G is designed to provide the same future-ready connectivity as Samsung's higher-end phones, but at a much lower cost.

It will be available in South Korea on September 4 and the UK will be available on October 4. You can book in the UK from September 20th, and Samsung has confirmed that it will also launch the phone in Australia at some stage.

Perhaps the most striking thing about the Samsung Galaxy A90 is that it looks a lot like the rest of the Galaxy A series - which means there is no rear camera panel that can be moved and flipped, unlike the Galaxy A80.

Instead, there seems to be a three-camera rear array, although we don't know the specifications of these squids packed at this point. An ad from Blass seems to show that a picture has become a wider view, suggesting that the phone may be equipped with a wide-angle lens.

There is no rear fingerprint sensor, which indicates that the A90 will use screen technology and has a standard "teardrop" notch to accommodate the front camera. All in all, it seems to be the "standard" of the Galaxy A series design.

This may be because Samsung made some sacrifices for the 5G on the Galaxy A90. All available 5G phones are currently high-end, but the Galaxy A series is often more affordable - this may mean that the Galaxy A90 is launched as the first affordable 5G phone, which is a rumor we have heard before.

Having said that, the cost of the mid-end market has changed quite a bit in recent years - the Samsung Galaxy A70 is priced at £369 ($649, about $445) in the UK, and the Galaxy A80 will bring you £579 ( About $700 / $1030), it can be said that it is entering the quality field.

Considering that the A90 5G will package Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, the latest chipset released by Qualcomm on many Android flagships - and the 6.7-inch FHD + (1,080 x 2,400) AMOLED display, this phone may be the most expensive 'range' phone Available... if it can even be considered the category.

Some of the other features confirmed by the A90 5G include a three-camera array, a 48MP main camera, and two dedicated for depth of field techniques and ultra-wide lenses.

These have a variety of artificial intelligence tool support to help optimize your snapshots, a 32MP front camera with a similar self-timer software tip in front of a small gap.

Samsung also promised to provide dedicated game booster mode, 6GB or 8GB memory, 128GB storage space (plus microSD card slot), 4,500mAh battery, 25W ultra fast charging, screen fingerprint scanner, face recognition and the brand Compatibility with DeX mode.

Samsung has announced that the Galaxy A90 5G will also be available in black or white.
