Why do we need Safety Valve?
A Safety protects the system from over pressure. Over pressure builds when pressure increases the maximum allowable pressure. Safety valve opens very quickly is very helpful in preventing malfunctions, fire hazards or explosions.

Steam Safety Valve – Steam Safety Valve protects systems and over pressured vessels. It is fitted over the boiler between the steam space and supply line of the steam. Excess pressure can cause damage to the boilers. Steam Safety Valve is used to release excessive high pressure. The valves main work is to reduce pressure manually or automatically.


Thermal Safety Valve - Thermal Safety Valve relieves over pressure and when thermal expansion of the liquid would create excessive pressure in a closed system. They are also called Pressure Safety Valve. The internal spring of Thermal Safety valve opens if the force of fluid expansion. These valves require lesser maintenance.

Conventional Safety Valve – Conventional Safety Valve is used for safety of multiple pressure devices such as boilers, tanks. It is automatic and starts discharging the fluid when the fluid pressure increases. When the pressure decrease it gets closed automatically.
