An out-of-state packaging solutions store recently acquired a supplier of rotary filling systems with the liquids industry.

Covington, Kentucky-based ProMach said yesterday that it acquired Holland-based Fogg Filler.

Terms with the deal were not disclosed.

ProMach said the add-on of Fogg Filler remains the company’s growth in to advanced filling capabilities — connecting to existing ProMach product models Modern, Pacific and Government — and bringing competence in extended shelf existence (ESL) filling systems for hot and cold job applications, along with other completing systems for global food and beverage customers.

Started in 1956 by Clyde Fogg, Fogg Filler began like a small machinery rebuild shop and progressed gradually to become a gas machinery provider under your leadership and ownership involving Clyde Fogg’s sons, Jon Fogg plus Mike Fogg, and subsequently his grandson, Ben Fogg.
Ben Fogg will always lead the company on its 107, 000-square-foot ability at 3455 John F. Donnelly Generate in Holland, which engages over 170 people. A classic equipment manufacturer (OEM), Fogg gives rotary filling, capping, package rinsing, cap sorting and covering sterilization systems to companies while in the dairy, juice, water, drink, food, pharmaceutical, chemical as well as other consumer packaged goods markets.
