At their core, A Program in Wonders is a channeled perform, and its beginnings are shrouded in mystery. Helen Schucman, a clinical psychiatrist, and William Thetford, a study psychologist, worked in the 1960s to transcribe the inner dictations that Schucman stated to get from an inner style she identified as Jesus Christ. The procedure of receiving and saving these communications spanned eight decades and triggered the three-volume guide referred to as A Program in Miracles.

Rhimba's Get A Flat Belly Exercise Review - Does It Work?

Rhimba's dance exercise dvd has been increasing in popularity in the past few months. But just because something is popular doesn't mean that it's any good, it can all be because of good marketing flat belly fast dvd. So does Rhimba's fitness dvd really work? Does it really help you get a flat belly and tight buns as they claim? After interviewing a few of the ladies who have been doing the workout for a while, I now know the answer...

Early March of 2008, I was given a demo dvd so that I could give a personal review of this new dance exercise. I was asked to explain in details how it works from the perspective of an average user. Since then, I have spoken with 1 man and 4 women who have been doing this workout for more than a month. Therefore, I feel that I can confidently pass judgment on this high energy workout.

Does it help you lose weight?

In terms of weight loss, it's clear that Rhimba's dance workout video works for most people. From the 5 users that I interviewed who have tried this dvd and shared their experience, each of them were happy with their weight loss.

How much can you lose with this dance fitness video?

Although Rhimba promises that you can lose a dress size in 2 weeks just by doing the workout 3 times a week, I found that it is very possible. But the people that I interviewed recommended doing the workout at least 4 times per week at least for the first 14 days. Their reasoning was that some of the steps are a little hard to pick up if you're not a dancer. These 5 people experienced an average weight loss of 8 pounds in 14 days, though 1 of the ladies lost 12 pounds in her first two weeks.

How Does It Work?

The dance exercise routines tone and sculpt the body while burning fat and building strong core muscles. This is achieved by combining interval training with fast and slow rhythms to a create an aerobic workout danette may flat abs fast. The music and the dancing make the fitness routine fun so that it doesn't feel like a workout which makes it much easier to stick with for a long term.

Does it help you get a flat belly and tight buns?

I'll let one of the ladies answer this question for me.
"I tried Rhimba and after my first week, I started to see a difference. After eating, my belly didn't bulge out as much as before. I missed having my curves when I wore a tight dress, but now I actually have a nice curvature in my waist. It has been about 1 month and I'm starting to have obliques and my flat tummy is back. I have to warn you, if you have a hard time with regular cardio, this will be a challenge, but if you are really serious, take the challenge."

For any exercise program, it's recommended that you stick with it for at least a month to see some significant results. Also keep in mind that, Rhimba recommends that you do the workouts at least 3 times per week. But if you want to see fast results, I recommend doing the exercises at least 4 to 5 times per week.

What is the overall satisfaction rate?

The main complaint that I got was that the learning section instructions don't brake down the steps completely and they are somewhat hard to follow. The instructors move fast at times, and there is hardly any transition time between most of the moves during the whole dance exercise. For beginners, this makes it harder to follow along. But after a few times of watching the dvd everyone was able to pick up the steps and follow along. Therefore, the overall satisfaction rate is about 90%. This means that it may not work for you, but that is unlikely.
