RETEVMO must be taken orally twice daily, approximately every 12 hours until any disease progression or unacceptable toxicity is seen. This drug may be taken with or without food unless coadministered with a proton pump inhibitor. It is noted that RETEVMO capsules should not be crushed and chewed; they must be administered orally. If any dose is missed, only take it if at least 6 hours are left for the next dose.
