QuickBooks Desktop Error 103 or 310

QuickBooks Error 103 means that log-in credentials entered in QuickBooks Online are not being accepted by your financial institution’s website. Error 310 means we’ve stopped wanting to process sign in request until you update the sign in information in QuickBooks Online so the bank will not lock your bank account access.
Click the Verify your credentials link that presents within the error message. A different window should ready to accept your bank’s website where you can then re-enter your sign in credentials. Be sure to physically type the user name and password and do use auto-fill to accomplish the entry.
Log out of the bank’s website.
Return to QuickBooks Online and re-enter the same user name and password within the same exact format the bank requires.
Click Update Sign-in Info.
If don’t look at Verify your credentials link, you will need to update account within QuickBooks Online. Click on the Update button into the upper right corner. For more information about updates, see article Information about automatic and manual updates (downloaded transactions). Try running at least three updates during non-peak hours.If click the Verify your credentials link as well as your bank’s website will not come up or perhaps you cannot successfully log into your account, make sure you are connected to the correct URL for your bank account.
