The modern lifestyle is often an inanimate way of life: wanting to be like living with stress. Endless challenges, needs and goals continue to cause stress in all its forms. This is not the Zen way; life is not meant to be.

Life can seem stressful to many because of the many issues that life has to offer. However, according to the Zen method, life is not a problem, and the Zen way of life is simple and not intended to be stressful. But, unfortunately, it was the mind that caused the problems first, hence the stress.
