Preparation and application value of 325-2500 mesh barite ultrafine powder

Application value of 325-2500 mesh barite powder in petroleum industry:
In the second case, the ratio of drilling mud and clay in some oil wells or natural gas wells is about 2.5, and the ratio of water to mud is 1. Therefore, the proportion of mud is relatively low. Sometimes, the weight of mud cannot be balanced with the pressure of underground oil and natural gas, causing a blowout accident. In the case of underground high pressure, it needs to increase the weight of the mud, and experiments have shown that adding barite powder in the mud can increase its specific gravity, which is an effective measure to prevent blowout accidents.
The fineness of barite used for drilling muds needs to reach 325 mesh or more. If the barite is not sufficiently fine, it is easily precipitated and does not work well. Barite used in drilling mud requires a specific gravity greater than 4.2. The content of barium sulphate is not less than 95%, and the soluble salts are less than 1%, and these require the use of an Ore Milling Equipment for grinding and production.
The application value of 325-2500 barite powder in the packaging industry:
In the coating industry, barite powder fillers can increase the thickness, strength and durability of the film. White pigments are also used in the manufacture of white paint, which has advantages over whitening rooms. Barite used in the packaging industry requires sufficient fineness. In the paper industry, the rubber and plastics industry also uses barite powder as a filler. It can increase hardness, wear resistance and aging and so on.
The application value of 325-2500 mesh barite powder in road construction:
Rubber and asphalt mixtures have been used in large quantities in places such as parking lots. Among them, the asphalt mixture contains about 10% of barite Ore Milling Equipment, which is the durability of the two kinds of paving materials. At present, the tires of heavy road construction equipment have been partially filled with barite to increase the weight to solidify the filled area.
