Prairie Meadows introduces first Siamese Baccarat table in the US

To meet a heightened demand among its players, Prairie Meadows is adding a new, larger baccarat table that the casino says is the first of its kind in the U.S. The Siamese baccarat table, which is popular in China and Canada, will hold 36 baccarat players - twice as many as a standard table. Vice president for casino operations Eddie Llambias said as demand for the game has grown, the casino wanted to find a way to accommodate more players into the same game. The casino conducted research and discovered that the Siamese baccarat table design existed in China. Prairie Meadows' carpenters built the new table. The setup also includes a 60-inch scoring monitor.
