Dan Moore is a great pass blocker with quick striking hands and great movement in his feet. The Pittsburgh Steelers are still rumored to sign Alejandro Villanueva back to the team, but a deal has not been made yet. Moore adds to the need of improving upfront and adding more depth to the offensive line for the Steelers.Dan Moore stands at 6-foot-5 and weighs around 315 pounds, giving him nice size for an offensive tackle in the NFL. Moore played most of his time on the left side of the line where he will likely continue to play and develop for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Dan Moore’s biggest weakness would be in the run game, where he lacked natural power at the point of attack. This is the main concern for him being a day one starter. Moore is undoubtedly a developmental prospect, but with proper coaching, he will continue to develop and get that power blocking mentality to his arsenal.Regardless, Moore fills a need for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
