It was a fun game, but not worth 10 bucks. I can recommend it if its on sale for $2-5.

The game it self was enjoyable to play, somewhat addicting...but it felt very lacking.

There are a lot of improvements they could have made such as more realistic van space (Seriously, everything takes the same space.)

They could have also added a bit more store management\/ownership.

The "hot" items aspect of the game rewards the player for playing badly. For example, you'll get a 1,000 dollar bonus for buying the hottest item category, but it will cause inexperienced players to miss out on big ticket items and not even look for them.

One could miss out on picking a 25,000 dollar guitar....because they are digging for another category to get the bonus.

This is a decent casual game, I'd recommend it for younger kids or people into hidden object games.. If you like hidden object games you'll love this one for sure. It requires a little thinking apart from brainlessly searching for items as you need to select what items you think fits the sellable category.
1. Pick your items according to the day's list of popular item categories.
2. Do the bonus hidden object game bit to get bonus cash.
3. Haggle to get a good price (but dont annoy the seller too much!)
4. Return to your shop to sell your goods either by auctioning or in-store sale.
5. Close your shop and start a new day with a new set of popular item categories!

Very addictive game with lots of replay value. Glad i got this from a $1 bundle!. For a business management, casual, hidden item game it's surprisingly addictive and fun. Even if I didn't pick this up in a bundle I'd say it's worth buying standalone. Plenty of items to find, combine and sell. Also with varying degrees of difficulty and a leader board it's got an average replay value if you just want to pick up and play.. Sets itself apart from the dozens of other hidden object games by putting you in the role of an antique collector looking to stock your shop. If you like nosing through other peoples' stuff, you should enjoy Pickers.. The Mac version is a truly awful, unplayable port that shouldn't be sold. It's broken all over the place. From the store where you sell things (you can't see your items, and have to randomly click on the shelves, incurring charges as you end up "buying" extra shelf space in the process), to the auctions (can't properly set your bids or see them), to the stores where you go to buy your discoveries (any time you click on a zoomed-in area, you're just given a circle of razor wire and have to randomly click within it without seeing anything to perhaps get items, and perhaps not). It's not a great game to begin with, but all of the glitches make the game extremely frustrating and unplayable, and the publishers are essentially stealing the money of anyone purchasing this game for Mac by not providing them with a functional product. Stay away.. A little casual game. Graphics are decent and the mechanics are humble and shallow, based on to find and buy antiques and oddities, to restore, sell or auction. Things can pick from their owners in his shops and homes, directly or by mini-games of hidden objects. Requires personal capabilities for memorization of related items and for bargaining with prices. Wonderfull for kids, but for an adult are enough 4 sessions, of 4 hours each, to learn where are the better objects, but meanwhile is fun. Get with huge discount or in a bundle.. This game is awesome! It's KINDA like an hidden object game, but goes far enough beyond that to create it's own genre, really...It's worlds better than any of the hidden object games out there that have a 'story' to piece the puzzles together.
This game managed to entertain me while playing on all of my desires to micro-manage, collect, achieve, improve, find things, make the best deals. Definately 2 thumbs up from me. Is it CSGO? No...not that kinda game. Is it awesome? MOST definately. I can't wait for any DLC's that come out.
