The Sai Super Pack is a family business that started 15 years ago. The company spans three places at Greater Noida - Delhi NCR region, and two in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. All the production units are categorized into two divisions - Plastic and Paper - both are for industrial packaging — the plastic division for industrial packaging deals in reusable and recyclable boxes, which are polypropylene boxes. The firm has a design team for PPE fitments, and the production line is quite specific to protect your product from transit damage. It also offers a warranty on polypropylene boxes for re-use over time.

The company has a paper core pipe in the paper division, which is the strongest in terms of sustainability. Other products are the paper angle, LED trays, bubble protector, LCD specialized bubble film, which are a must for the eCommerce to protect the transit damage.

In the recently concluded PackPlus, Samidha Verma, chief operating officer of Sai Super Pack, showcases the newly launched product - Paper Core Tube (Spiral core pipe) and LED packaging solution. This product is being used by the textile industry, BOPP tape industry, the polyester industry, and the LED packaging solution, which is again polypropylene and is used by the eCommerce industry.

Recycle and Reuse - The mantra of Sai Super Pack

The paper of Sai Super Pack is 100% recyclable and can be used for export, and also the plastic packaging is recyclable, has a short time recycle process and is reusable.

Apart from the sustainability, she speaks on, all the companies should fulfil the company's corporate social responsibility. As Samidha Verma is a women entrepreneur, most of the company's workers are women. Verma is trying to empower women by giving them employment because she is working on the 'Women Empowerment'.

"The packaging industry blossomed a lot in the pandemic situation but also the painful period for the people of India and the world. But business wise... business has to run constantly it's an active process you cannot stop. There are a lot of lines that have generated themselves. We have seen new product developments from food deliveries. Myntra and Nykaa business has boomed because the packaging has shifted from plastic to paper packaging. So, a lot of work has been done in the pandemic period, said Verma.

The company hopes to introduce new production units in the West and East of India on the expansion plan.
