Jayaseelan (Vishal) is an undercover encounter specialist who is on a mission to eliminate a gang in Madurai who are extorting money from rich businessmen and later killing them. A senior officer who kills the gang leader Bhavani's brother is killed in front of the public and soon Jayaseelan shoots almost all the members of the gang. But who is the king- pin to the nefarious activities in the city?
A cop mistakenly believes that taking out three thugs will end Madurai's crime wave.
First of all , i was not a fan of the first one because i did not like the story very much . This one is much better with much better story , humour, action scenes and emotion. The leads of the movie are great . Nice characters overall and hope there is a paayum puli. I would recommend this movie to all.
