Now I consider death admit different methods of doing this I considered making a jig for my router to cut in with an accurate spacing or even using or making some kind of quick table sledge just to cut them on the table saw but at the end, I figured the quickest and easiest way to do it is just to mark it up and use the depth restriction on the mitre saw and cut all the slots like that okay Metal Corner Brackets now I've got mocked where I'm going to make all the cutouts for the dividers and to ensure that the cutout at the bottom and the cutout at the top are in line when the case is assembled I'm going to cut both planks simultaneously okay guys that's all the shots cut this is the top and the bottom all these slots are corresponding and then on the upright piece also cut the slot in the middle that's just going to be a stuff net that runs across now there's a little bit of cleanup with the chisel was required because obviously the mitres who has an ATV blade on it. Large metal corner brackets. Metal corner brackets for wood. Heavy duty metal corner brackets. Long metal corner brackets. Metal corner brackets screwfix. Decorative metal corner brackets. Corner brace brackets. L brackets.

Outdoor screws screwfix. Railway Sleeper Brackets. Screwfix railway sleeper brackets. Railway sleeper brackets b&q. So it does create a little bit of a hill in the centre of its cut that I just removed with the chisel so, in that sense, the errata would have been the better option because it would obviously create a flush base inside this slot so with that done I'm just going to cut the step on the edge as well right around on all the planks so that when the box is a symbol I can just install the backboard into that as well okay so that's all the components for the box pretty much prepped I'm going to be assembling it with screws that's why I've got these holes here and I'll also make the oversized hold so I can add a doll on top of the screw so dolphins Outdoor Screws and a flush just to close up the screw in addition to all the deeper slots I cut on these side panels are also cut these shallower slots also using the mitre saw.

I will explain in a moment okay guys so that's the backboard cut and the box assembled with these slots into which I'm going to install the dividers and a step-cut around the back into which I'm going to install the backboard now while assembling the box I remembered back on the front of the side panels are also needed to cut a little step which I will explain when I come to the little drawers so I'm going to do that quickly before installing the backboard and the dividers okay so this is pretty much what the dividers are going to look like I kept him out of a piece of nine millimetres for I would use the table saw and then following this same procedure as I did with the sides of the box I kept these slots in using the mitre saw now when the dividers are installed all these small slots should line up and this will be.
