The Executive Administrator for the Operations portfolio will be responsible for the ProAzul Resource Management and Project Management Divisions. Its activity aims to guarantee: i) the mobilization of financial resources; ii) project management; iii) evaluation of structural investment proposals in the area of ​​the Blue Economy; and iv) creation of conditions for the continuous international accreditation of ProAzul.

Requirements:

Minimum Master's level in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting and Auditing, Rural Development, or other related areas;

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as an executive, or performing relevant leadership roles in institutions with at least fifty (50) employees and / or a budget / turnover of more than USD $ 100 million per year.
A minimum of ten (5) years of experience in coordinating cooperation and development programs;
Experience in program design and submission to international institutions to mobilize funding;
Experience in coordinating projects with involvement of the private sector and / or sustainable use of natural resources or related areas is desirable;
Solid knowledge of policies and strategies related to the Blue Economy, resilience to climate change, sustainable management of natural resources;
Experience in the design and management of financing mechanisms based on natural resources is an advantage; and
Mozambican nationality.
