Next recent government guidance, i am working to ensure the safe reopening of our own play areas and out-of-doors gyms.

The guidance being used is complex and involves risk assessments of their play areas so of which visitors are protected as much as possible. We have over A HUNDRED AND FIFTY play area facilities and each kind have brings slightly different challenges in ensuring they can re-open safely, it’s not a sel-explanatory or quick activity.

We are working having Ansa, our wholly-owned setting services company, and our parks team to perform all we can to guarantee users of the enjoy areas and outdoor gym equipment will be as safe as possible from the risk of the coronavirus by pursuing all the necessary avoidance and protection measures.

Due to the scale of the task as well as time needed to carry out thorough risk assessments we'll be reopening facilities for a phased basis. The aim is usually to reopen the larger conveniences first, but this will be influenced by whether the appropriate measures can be applied.
Play areas and outdoor gym equipment at the following places will reopen by Monday 6 July:

Adlington Path, Bollington Recreation Ground, Bollington
Alderley Park, Ryleys Lane, Alderley
Barony Area, Barony Road, Nantwich
Boddingtons participate in area, The Carrs, Chancel Highway, Wilmslow
Congleton Park, Park your car Road, Congleton
Fountains Domain, Middlewich
Meriton Road Recreation area, Meriton Road, Handforth
Milton Store, Crewe Road, Alsager
Queens Recreation area, Victoria Avenue, Crewe

South Park, Macclesfield
The Moor, Moorside, Knutsford

Other facilities will re-open immediately.
Councillor Laura Crane, Cheshire Distance Council’s cabinet member using responsibility for green space, said: “I know that many children across the borough get greatly missed using some of our play areas, especially inside the nice weather that we’ve had recently. These thoughts are echoed through the many residents who were keen to further their fitness routine within our outdoor gym areas.

"I’d like to thank everyone for subsequent government advice and with regard to respecting the closures that we had to do place.

“The news that we could start reopening our comforts was very welcomed yet I urge residents to get patient as we perform hard to risk assess many of the areas and to take the suitable action that is instructed to make areas as safe as they can for all, it’s not simply a case of reopening entrance and taking down made signs”

“Our parks teams will work through the many brand-new measures needed in light from the current Coronavirus pandemic. Users of the facilities will be reminded from the need to keep a new distance from other end users and parents should take responsibility for their children and ensure they play in addition to others, are respectful of lists for play equipment as well as play considerately by not really hogging equipment that others are looking ahead to.

“Food will not possibly be allowed in or about the play areas and just about all users, including children, will likely need to remember to wash his or her hands or use hand sanitiser after using the equipment. Its important that users follow our guidance and utilize areas responsibly, so every person can enjoy them.

“The phased approached that we are taking means that the first date that some of our facilities will be ready is Monday SIX July.

"This date is slightly later versus the provisional date given from the government, we understand that may be frustrating into a residents, but I would urge everyone to acquire patience and only use our facilities whenever we have assessed them, and maybe they are as safe as possible to complete so. ”.
